Faux Red Lobster Biscuits

We have a Red Lobster just up the street from us, and we’ll go there about one a month or so with friends. The food is ok - not fantastic, and it’s your basic chain-fare - but we just love the biscuits you get before your food arrives. We call them crack-buns. Apparently they’re really called “cheddar bay biscuits.”
What’s important for this entry is that one blogger has apparently found the secret recipe for them.
I must try this soon! :)

You are right - those biscuits are like crack! I don’t like Red Lobster, but those biscuits…
I printed off a recipe a couple of years ago (right after my last visit to RL) for a copy cat version. I’ll have to see if I still have it.
