That’s Not Monkfish!

What an odd coincidence; I found an article today that combined my points from two recent posts: Chinese Food Imports Under Microscope and DNA Test that Sushi!
The Chicago Tribune is reporting that two consumers were hospitalized after eating pufferfish that was mislabelled as monkfish. The fish was imported from China.
