Update: Pet Food Recall Expands

Just when you thought it was safe to feed your pets again, Purina is recalling Alpo Prime Cuts in Gravy wet dog food, and Hills is recalling its Prescription Diet m/d Feline dry food.

Also, the FDA is saying that while it didn’t find any rat poison in the samples it tested, it did find melamine, a plastic used to make some dishware like Melmac.

This is getting silly. Hi, I’d like to buy some food for our cats which isn’t poisonous? kthx.
